White Dry Wine / Newlands Winery
Assyrtiko, the most important Greek white variety, has found fertile ground in the ‘Agropetra’ vineyard in Halkidiki. The combination of altitude, proximity to the sea, strictly organic farming and low yields with the care of the winery, gives us an excellent ‘single vineyard’ Assyrtiko, with a crisp, lemony and mineral character.
Refreshing and at the same time ‘serious’, it is a wine that will enhance any fresh seafood and fish dish. An Assyrtiko that will become even more exciting as it evolves in the bottle.

Classic white vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Remain on the lees for at least 6 months.
TastingNotes
Bright lemon-green colour. Complex aromas of lime, citrus blossom and peach on a background of mineral elements. Generous on the palate with crisp acidity, distinctive yeast notes and a long lemony aftertaste.
